Taxonomy ~ the practice and science of classification
SISS Business Systems was established in 1998 with the goal to provide businesses with a global online directory system that is affordable for all businesses. Since then they have included the provision of the next generation of business systems, the spatial marketplace systems. SISS has grown to 850 shareholders and owns intellectual property globally to protect their ideas and systems. SISS has developed the Uglii Systems; the first truly global online business directory when fully populated that provides information in a universal format for businesses and consumers. Businesses can be easily discovered by other businesses and consumers via the Mapping System. Uglii is the brand name that provides all the SISS Services, but as far as a consumer or searcher is concerned they only interact with Uglii.
The main objective is helping all businesses to do more business globally with less marketing costs and greater profits. SISS wants to change the way all businesses do business globally.
There are 6 distinct Uglii Systems which all work together:
Uglii Find is where you can search for business, organisations, products or services across the world by specified parameters like name and method of payment for instance.
Uglii Brands is unique as it will enable you to search for brands right down to model number and find the global manufacturer or your closest local reseller.
The Uglii B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customer) Systems take advantage of all the information in the Uglii Directories globally and enable businesses and individuals to request a quote for a particular product or service. The Uglii Systems will search out all suppliers that fit the request parameters and notify those suppliers of the request providing a flow of highly qualified leads. The B2B and B2C Sytems will be introduced in 2011.
Uglii Site Cadet provides a simple "Build-Your-Own-Website System" which gives your business the ability to manage your own affordable website if you don't already have one.
Uglii Classifieds provides a new and effective standard for online classified advertising utilising the Uglii Network.
These 6 individual modules are all connected through a Central Hub; when you register in one system, you automatically have access to all Uglii Business Services.
The free services provided by Uglii are:
The Uglii Find System Search facility:
Uglii stands for Unique Geographic Listing for Industry. The Uglii Systems are a Global Online Business Directory via a Mapping System. They will increase global, national and local business' efficiency while decreasing business costs and strong returns for investors as well as great revenues and marketing benefits for Global Partners, National Partners and Affiliates and easily identifiable benefits for all economies.
Uglii means Unique Geographic Listing for Industry and is the dot on the Uglii Find Maps that represent the place of business of a business.
An Uglii is associated with spatial (latitude and longitude) information plus key words and Uglii Brand Codes representing the commodities, brands of commodities and model of brands of commodities that it sells plus credentials of payment and settlement systems that it is a merchant of.
An Uglii is the business' unique location on a the Uglii Map and contains discovery information such as:
Uglii's come in four colours:
There is a standard format for a Premium Uglii. Any registered business will be able to purchase a Premium Uglii Listing from its individual Control Panel. You will be able to insert your logo in the top panel, insert an image and several paragraphs of descriptive text into a template provided by the Uglii Systems. There is no section to insert a hyperlink to your business website from a Premium Uglii.
The Uglii Marketplace is an Online Directory and Business Information Service designed to assist businesses in exposing their products and services to both their local community and worldwide, thus providing potential buyers with specific, detailed and relevant search results and almost unlimited information about the products and services in which they are interested. Users are able to not only locate businesses that match precisely their search criteria but also examine credentials and testimonials, discover what other customers think about the products and services they're interested in, as well as contributing their own reviews.
All businesses worldwide can list their places of business. A place of business can be a shop, factory, construction site, storage depot, warehouse etc. By listing their business location on the Uglii Systems, the business will become discoverable worldwide for consumers and other businesses that are searching for services or products.
There are 2 types of Credentialing in the Uglii Systems:
Uglii is offering a partnership in the marketing of the Uglii Online Directories primarily to Partners and Affiliates who have established and respectful relationships with many businesses. Governments and Local Governments are excluded from this opportunity.
Uglii doesn't want consumers and businesses to feel forced to join their systems because of government involvement and doesn't want to give the impression that the systems are aligned to a regime in a country.
On the other hand Uglii is keen that all Governments use the Uglii Systems to provide their services more efficiently and grow their economy. Governments can register through an Affiliate and use all the Uglii Services. A significant part of the Marketing and Media Centre in Sydney will be to educate Governments globally on how the Uglii Systems can contribute to their economies and help them growing.
Uglii offers services that are useful and profitable to every business in the world. Uglii offers 5 free services and more than 40 services that can be purchased. There is no obligation to buy any Uglii Services by becoming a partner of the Uglii Coalition.
It is free to Request an Offer for a particular product or service via the Uglii Systems, but the business that Makes an Offer has to pay fees to Uglii, Global Partners, National Partners and Affiliates. Uglii pays half of all revenues that their system receives. That means the existing directory industry for instance can share the revenue 50:50 with Uglii less the commission of a National and Global Partner. Every business that is registered through an appointed Affiliate will contribute to the Global Partner, National Partner and Affiliate revenue.
That means that a business can earn revenue just by registering, even if that business itself doesn't spend money in the systems.
Uglii allows the organisation who registered a business to also market their own services to that business as long as they are business related. The reason is that Uglii wants them to see the Uglii Services as an integral part of their marketing strategy and not as an appendage to it.
Uglii is also offering the existing directory industry to make as much revenue from the systems as Uglii does and allows National Partners to use their own brands on the Uglii Systems and Affiliates to present the Uglii Systems on their website.
Depending on the size of the directory, it can be appointed as a National Partner or Affiliate by SISS. If the directory is appointed as a National Partner, it can then recommend Affiliates.
Uglii is not suggesting that you give up your directory but fulfill your ongoing commitments to provide services. There is a clause in an Affiliate and National Partner Agreement that requires directories that are joining up to fulfill their obligations. Uglii will bring the technology, intellectual property and the great new Uglii Systems to the partnerships and the directories their existing business clients.
A National Partner can only appoint legal entities within its own economy as Affiliates. In other words; a National Partner in Australia can only appoint Affiliates in Australia.
Where large organisations with many branches, subsidiary companies or franchises in an economy join as National Partners, the total Affiliate numbers will increase dramatically.
For example, a bank could join as a National Partner and all the branches could be registered as Affiliates.
A National Partner is a business that:
Organisations with high trafficked business websites have a big advantage in registering net savvy businesses and therefore will make a prosperous Affiliate.
Organisations that have extensive branch networks that can motivate local staff or members to actively register businesses have an even greater advantage.
Webbuilders are ideal Affiliates because they can easily help their clients register. Affiliates take no part in marketing the Uglii Services to businesses registered in Uglii. Instead, the Uglii Hub automatically markets services to each business, based on a range of events related to that business and characteristics of that business.
An Affiliate is a business that:
What is my Role as a National Partner or Affiliate?
Uglii has 10 Global Partners which have National Partners that in turn look after Affiliates in their economy that in turn can register businesses through their website. To sum it up, a National Partner's role is to appoint Affiliates and agree on splitting the remaining commission between them. An Affiliate's role is to register businesses through its website.
The Affiliate has also the role of educating businesses about the Uglii Systems, but the main focus is on the registering process.
A National Partner is responsible for:
An Affiliate is responsible for:
SISS Business Systems will monitor the numbers of National Partners and Affiliates in each economy very closely and as stated in the Partner Agreements reserves the right to limit numbers in an economy. SISS has no interest in appointing more National Partners or Affiliates than is necessary to efficiently populate the Uglii Systems in each economy in a timely manner. SISS is also keen that all of its Partners prosper, so any decision to limit numbers will be based on business registration levels in each economy.
Yes. All Partners of the Uglii Coalition receive the opportunity from SISS to establish a significant income for themselves for free, however, it is your business. National Partners need to set up a website that provides information and resources to attract and support their Affiliates. Affiliates will be given a 1 page site with the Uglii Search and Registration Portal imbedded in an iFrame in the page which can be individually branded. They will also need to supply their own registered domain, some Affiliates will also want to add additional pages to their site which will be their responsibility.
To be approved as a National Partner in any country, a company must first be a registered legal entity of the country in which it is planning a National Partnership. It must then apply to (Global Partner) to be a National Partner and if it qualifies, global partner will recommend the company to SISS. Once approved, a company must comply with all the regulatory requirements of the country in which it operates. The National Partner Agreements include some conduct and obligation requirements. There is a comprehensive set of guidelines for Uglii Coalition National Partners detailing requirements and responsibilities and some KPIs to be set on a case by case basis by the Global Partner.

Bizmio cannot see any barriers to entry. At this point, there are no other National Partners ready to go worldwide. Economies will be left open for potential National Partners and Affiliate Partners to apply to be part of the Uglii Marketing Coalition until it can be clearly deduced that at current Partner levels, the economy well serviced based on business registration levels. We do not have a method at this point for confining individual Coalition Partners to a particular industry or demographic sector within the same market.
At this point, technical support will be handled from Australia and it will be 24/7.
Uglii is, when fully populated, the first truly Global Online Business Directory via a Mapping System that will significantly reduce the costs of advertising and marketing for businesses. Uglii is free to register and creates an interactive link to any company's website via a Mapping System where partners will have the ability to anonymously request quotes and receive competitive offers. Uglii Find provides exactly the information according to the parameter in the search and shows all brands available of a product or service around the world or the specified search area by commodity, brand and model. The search can be made in any language and in any economy. Businesses and consumers will be able to find all details of a product; where to buy it, finance options, credentialing by third parties and request an offer for that product or service if they are logged into their Control Panel. This presents a new and easy way to find preferred products and services.
Further Uglii Systems can be integrated into other systems such as GPS based car navigation systems and there's an Uglii Rewards Points System for registered members.
Uglii is offering more than 40 services, about 8 of those are useful for all businesses and private customers globally. The other are fairly specialised and target different industries.
The Uglii Find System is a spatial searching system. This system is far superior to previous Online Directories. When your business is registered with Uglii, it is discoverable from anywhere in the world. This is possible because of the unique integrated nature of the Uglii Find Systems.
The Uglii Systems are unique because:
The Uglii Systems will:
None of the Uglii Systems are simple search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo . The Uglii Find System is a service directory that provides search within precise geographic parameters and with exact product and service specificity. Uglii Brands allows users to decide what brand they want to buy which is most efficiently and competitively.
Uglii provides a huge range of services that those directory sponsoring organisations can earn revenue from by becoming an Affiliate or National Partner and registering their Partners through them.
Another reason why Online Directories should partner with Uglii is that Uglii will commission its Uglii Brands System which has definitions of about 600,000 products and services, most of them are B2B. So if Industry Directories have direct relationships with brand owning businesses, they can join up as a Partner by getting registered and the industry directory will earn commissions.
All brands can use the Uglii Brands System of their country if they are a registered brand. Registering a brand is very affordable, about $10 per listing in Australia or the US.
Uglii offers some services that are similar to existing Online Directories. But most of those provide anything like the Uglii range and quality of services.
The Uglii Business Model allows the existing directory operators to join Uglii as an Affiliate or even a National Partner to eventually have the opportunity to earn revenue through Uglii's much greater range of services.
There will be always new products and services that need to be described and added to the database. The Uglii Systems have an online form that can be filled in if a business realises that there is a description of their product or service missing. The information will be checked, approved and published within 24 hours.
Further there is an automated process that reports where a person who does a search has not received a result.
The Uglii Systems reward businesses for keeping information up to date and punish them if they don't. The main goal is to bring businesses to their own Control Panel frequently to update information and buy Uglii Services.
Yes, because every product or service relates to a unique number. It doesn't matter in which language a search is done, the system will always find the correct result.
Yes, there are three families of patents covering three concepts or processes that SISS believe are critical to the Online Directory Industry globally:
SISS has patents that have been approved in over 30 countries and patents pending in many more. There is also a new family of patents being developed to protect various Uglii Processes. These will be registered prior to the launch of the Uglii Systems globally.
Businesses register through the website of an Uglii Affiliate. Generally a business goes through two processes in registering.
The first is the registering process and the second is the process of making itself discoverable on the Uglii Find Business Directory System.
Once a business registers, it is automatically presented with its own Uglii Control Panel which it can log into at any time. A Username and Password is required to access the Control Panel.
The Control Panel is branded to that business and also presents the logos of Uglii, the National Partner and the Global Partner. The business can manage all matters relating delegation of powers, Uglii Services and those offered by its National Partner and Global Partner.
Apart from the business address details that are made available in the Uglii Find Systems, all other information is kept confidential and is not published nor made available to any third parties.
Registering is free and simple. You just need to log on the registering page and fill in all the required details.
Yes, any business that is legal in its economy can register.
No, all businesses must verify that they are who they say they are. Affiliates must obtain sufficient evidence from all businesses they register to accumulate 100 veracity points.
Verification may include the submission of such documentation as:
Specific verification requirements will be detailed for different countries. The principle of verification will always be upheld but how that is done will differ because of the diverse business laws and government infrastructure in the various countries, states and territories. Full information on verification will be provided to Uglii Partners in each country along with the terms and conditions.
No. The only way a business can register is through an Affiliate.
A business cannot register directly with SISS, a Global Partner or a National Partner.
Registration will be available shortly via a link on this website.
The Uglii Systems automatically create a Control Panel for the registered business where you can login and use all free services such as free discoverability on the Uglii Mapping System or free advertising, buy any Uglii Service that's required and see any business services or deals that the National Partner or Global Partner is offering.
The system will automatically give business statistics on the exposure it has had through searches and will make recommendations that the business buys a link to its website from its Uglii on the Mapping System.
Your business remains listed for as long as you wish to. There is no sunset date. However, your listing is removed if your ABN becomes invalid.
Yes. Each branch will be given its own unique Uglii.
Your Control Panel controls everything about your listing and you can make changes relating to your business as often as required. Your Control Panel also allows you to make purchases of other Uglii Services.
It is free for all businesses to register into the Uglii Systems and provided each business maintains its listing as verified, the business remains on the database. (The Uglii Systems will prompt each business to login and verify the accuracy of its listed information every six months.) If a business does not verify its detail after several prompts, its Uglii dot in the Uglii Find Mapping System may be downgraded to Grey and eventually removed from the data base.
For a business that has purchased an Uglii Service or Services, these will remain active for as long as they are renewed at the end of each term of the service. Should a business decide not to renew a System Service it had previously purchased, then its listing will revert to the basic listing and provided it maintains the listing as verified, will remain in the data base.
There is no charge from SISS to purchase a National Partner or Affiliate Business. However, all National Partners should consider the following as a basic guide of minimum requirements, some of which will incur on-going costs:
Affiliates should consider the following as a basic guide of minimum requirements, some of which will incur on-going costs:
This is a free service in all countries for any legitimate businesses.
Once a business is registered, it can choose to purchase additional services from Uglii.
So whilst the Black Uglii is free, the business can elect to pay for a link to their website. When they pay for the link, the Black Uglii becomes a Blue Uglii.
No. Uglii will provide everything the business may require via the Control Panel.
There are over 40 Uglii Services. Some are free and most have a fee. Some are general in their application and so will be of value to most businesses and some are quite specialised and have been developed for specific industry groups.
The fee for each service varies and may depend on many several factors. Optimising your Uglii Listings in the relevant Services will provide an extremely powerful and cost effective online marketing tool which will almost certainly be a fraction of your existing advertising or marketing budget.
When a business first registers in the Uglii Systems it will be given its own individual Control Panel so that it has total control of every aspect of its listing. All of the Uglii fee based services are available for purchase from this Control Panel. No special skills are required and payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Yes. It is a requirement of Uglii that you be registered for GST.
Yes. You are a self-employed entity with an ABN.
Uglii makes payments every fortnight. It is your responsibility to pay the appropriate tax. See a qualified accountant for information regarding accounting and taxation issues.
Free registration is a very astute approach by SISS, to ensure that the Uglii Database is populated as quickly as possible with businesses, their products, services and commodities.
In order to generate the most amount of revenue, the Uglii Systems need as many businesses to register as possible. The quicker the registration, the quicker revenue is generated.
The Affiliate, National and Global Partner model of generating business registrations and subsequent sales of services has proved very successful by organisations such as Google and eBay.
By de-centralising the responsibility of data building to thousands of Affiliates in each country, SISS is enhancing the speed of the data build. The success of Uglii Find is dependent on having as many businesses registered as possible, in the shortest amount of time.
In addition, this model places Uglii's Partner in a competitive "land grab" race with each other, because the more businesses they register the greater their long-term revenue stream will be.
When it is fully populated, the new Uglii Systems will be one of the first truly global online business directories, however, it also will provide a powerful local online directory where everyone will be able to search on any fixed or mobile device by name or product or other parameters within a specified radius or from their current location and only receive results that match their exact search criteria.
There will also be instances where visitors from other areas on holidays or business may need various services when they are away and so would be able to easily research their requirements before they arrive.
If a Global Partner uploads business contact details, they will appear as a grey dot on the Uglii Mapping System. This means that the uploaded information hasn't been verified yet. Any National Partner or Affiliate can now get the business to verify and register its information and earn revenue.
A grey dot simply means that business information is available in the Uglii Systems, but only after the verification process through a National Partners or Affiliates website does a business become registered.
Yes, the Uglii Systems automatically generates an e-mail to the appropriate National Partner or Affiliate.
The Uglii Brands Systems list businesses in order of their registration. So if a business registers early, its brands will always appear high in the ranking as long as the business information is still valid and verified at least every 6 months. Once registered, the business remains on the database for as long as the business remains in business. There is no guarantee that a business will purchase any of the Uglii Services. On the other hand, anytime a business does purchase Uglii Services then the Affiliate and National Partner earn commissions.
The income will vary from week to week and cannot be predicted. All income can be tracked through the personalised Control Panel.
No. To become a National Partner or Affiliate, a business must first be registered in the Uglii Systems and apply to their Global Partner or National Partner. If approved, the business is then appointed. The only way a business can initially register into the Uglii Systems is through an existing Affiliate.
All businesses that buy Uglii Services before the Systems go fully live in their country will have their renewal date on the first anniversary of the date that the Uglii Systems go fully live.
This will largely depend on the ability and commitment of individual National Partners and their Affiliates to the Uglii Registration Process. A new National Partner organisation with a large existing network of business relationships could have their Affiliates in place within 2-3 weeks and have them beginning to register businesses into the online Uglii Business Register. Obviously, how long it takes to have every business in an economy is a function of how many Affiliates and how many businesses each Affiliate is able to register on a daily basis.
Yes, you can elect to purchase an Uglii Link (Blue Dot). When a business or consumer does a search and your Uglii shows up on the map, it will be identified as a Blue Dot. In addition your business name will be listed in the search results in Blue. The business or consumer can click either on your business name or Uglii and will be linked directly to your website.
An Uglii Link can be purchased through your personalised Control Panel. Once you purchase your Uglii Link your Black Dot will change to a Blue Dot, and your "Key Words" character limit increases from 250 to 5000.
In addition you can imbed an interactive map on your website identifying where your business is located once you have purchased your Uglii Link.
A registered business can upgrade its Black Uglii to a Blue Uglii Link to its existing website so when a searcher clicks on the Uglii they are taken directly to the business’ website. The business is represented as a Blue Dot on the Mapping System.
Searchers soon learn that there is more information about the businesses represented by Blue Dots. In search results these businesses appear above the Ugliis that are not linked to a website.
By buying an Uglii Link, the website linked to can also display a fully interactive map which shows the location of the business on the business’ website. This is of benefit to visitors to the business website who did not find the website through Uglii Find.
Any business can login and purchase an Uglii Link from its personalised Control Panel.
The business simply selects the link “Purchase Uglii Link” from the Control Panel, adds its domain name or URL to the details provided in its listing and purchases through the payment gateway. There is an annual fee for this service.
No.
Once a business registers, it is automatically presented with its own personalised Control Panel that it can log into at any time. The Control Panel is branded to that business and also presents the logos of Uglii, the National Partner and the Global Partner.
The business can manage all matters relating to delegation of powers, Uglii Services and those offered by its National Partner and Global Partner.
By logging in, the Control Panel provides free services to the business by which it can improve its marketing performance without spending any money.
The Control Panel automatically keeps the user advised of events in the system that are relevant to them. For example if a business is a reseller of a brand's products or services, the Control Panel will advise when the brand commences promoting the business through the brand's website. It will also notify the business when requests for offers are received for products or services the business sells in that business catchment area.
The Control Panel will recommend to the business Uglii Services that will improve its marketing performance.
Further the Control Panel has delegation facilities. These allow the business to pass management of Uglii Services to people within the business or to third parties to manage on the business' behalf. If the business is a large one it can also create registrations for its subsidiaries through the Affiliate. So if it has 500 branches or subsidiaries the Affiliate immediately acquires 500 new businesses registered under it and the commission benefits thereafter.
By logging into the map that represents the area that the business is in you can immediately tell if it is registered or not:
If you attempt to register a business that is already registered, the Control Panel will notify you.
Uglii Site Cadet 101 Service - 1 web page provided
Uglii Site Cadet 202 Service - 5 web pages provided
Uglii Site Cadet 303 Service - 25 web pages provided
Uglii Site Cadet will be availabe in 2011.
The Uglii Site Cadet 101 Service enables you to create a basic one page website that is easy to build and maintain without the requirement for any skills or understanding other than basic word processing. This service is special because the National Hub updates the website's Meta tags with key words associated with its businesses Ugliis associated with all credentialing of that business such as:
Fees are an annual and set by the National Hub Manager in each country. This arrangement is to ensure that prices are struck at affordable rates in all economies according to the nation's ability to pay.
Uglii Site Cadet will be availabe in 2011.
A website is required so that a business is linked to you and you subsequently get paid on any revenue generated. As you know every website has a unique address. This is how Uglii ensures that you get paid.
If you already have your own website then you can utilise that and insert an iFrame. Uglii will provide the relevant code for you to imbed.
However we strongly recommend that you purchase an Uglii Site Cadet 101 Website, which is already integrated with all of the other Uglii Services.
Uglii Site Cadet will be available in 2011.
Offer Mate is a service of Site Cadet that allows a business Making an Offer to build a page that explains the offer and allows images etc. to be added.
An Offer Mate can be reused for repeated offers or modified where a business only makes occasional offers. The page automatically presents the substance of the offer and the offering business details.
Offer Mates can be used for offers into any economy. Unlike Site Cadet Websites these pages are not searchable by search engines and don't carry Meta tags. (Meta tags describe what is on the website and are used so a search engine can find what it is looking for. Offer Mates use the same content building processes as Site Cadet.
Fees can be for short term (week) or long term (annual) and are set by the National Hub Manager in each country. This arrangement is to ensure that prices are struck at affordable rates in all economies according to the nation's ability to pay.
Uglii Site Cadet will be available in 2011.
The registered busines is in control of all its listings. By logging into the Control Panel, the business can make any required changes. The Uglii Systems will update all information automatically.
You can add up to 250 characters if you have a free listing (Black Dot).
If you purchase an Uglii Link (Blue Dot), the number of characters that you have available for keywords increases from 250 to 5000. This means that you can be much more specific in your use of keywords which means greater discoverability for your business.
Keywords make your business more discoverable when a consumer or business is searching for your business, product, service, or commodity.
Because every product, service and commodity has a unique code on the Uglii Systems, it allows Uglii to search for a specific item (product, service or commodity) across languages and economies.
The Uglii Brands Business Model is designed to provide a significant Revenue Stream from the listing of brands and the products of brands within its comprehensive encyclopaedia of commodities, brands and products applicable to every nation in the world. Uglii Brands’ unique Credentialing facility provides a range of services for many types of businesses such as Brand Owners, Governments or Consumer Organisations.
The Uglii Brands System is important for the Uglii Find Business Directory System and will be of use to the Uglii Classifieds System in some industries where ads should be searchable in many languages. In the same way, Uglii Brands will provide many advantages when used by any other third party online system as a commodity lookup facility.
The Uglii Brands Systems have more than 600,000 definitions of products and services. The system provides a logical structure to easily locate a product or service.
Uglii Brands allows a brand owning business to list its brand under any product or service it provides. In addition it can also list below the brand listing all of its models of that brand of that commodity. Those brands and models are automatically assigned numbers that can be used for discovery in Uglii Find and matching offers in Uglii B2B and B2C Marketplace Systems.
Uglii Brands has been built to provide a common Product or Service Code System for the Uglii Find Business Directory and the B2B and B2C Marketplace Systems.
As well as links to the website of a brand and webpage of a model of a brand, Uglii Brands allows:
No. Brand owners will pay for the listing of their brands under product catagories and can then list these catagories in your business profile.
Any business or Government Organisation of any type can Request Offers for:
The request can be qualified by location, amount requested, time parameters, payment method and much more. There is no limit to the size or value of the request.
All requests can be made anonymously meaning that potential suppliers do not know who is requesting. As there is no cost to Make a Request, there are no barriers to use the system. Any business can see the best available offer for the requested products and services.
The service is free and any business can log into their personalised Uglii Control Panel, go to Uglii B2B Marketplace, select Request Offer and start. No special skills are required.
Although businesses do not pay for this service there are rewards for Affiliates, National Partners and Global Partners when the businesses they registered into the Uglii Systems make Requests for Offers. The Uglii Billing System divides commissions paid for offers in two. Half goes to the Offering Business' Commission String and half to the Requesting Business' Billing String.
Yes. Users are requested not to make frivolous Requests for Offers. That being said, Uglii understands that businesses will use the system to “test the marketplace”. In other words a business may decide to Request an Offer to see what the going rate for a commodity it buys is, even though at that time, it had no intentions or ability to buy. Similarly a business can use the system simply to see all the available brands or models of a commodity available, so it can study them for future consideration. While this activity is not likely to yield an immediate sale by a supplier it is laying the foundations for sales in the future.
A registered business can use the Uglii Marketplace B2B System to Make Offers in response to Requests for Offers that fall within the catchment that the business has defined that it wants to do business in.
Offers can be automated so that an offer is sent immediately when a relevant request for an offer is made. Requests for Offers by a hotel for overnight accommodation for instance should be instantaneous. Offers for construction of a road in contrast require some consideration and need to be made manually.
Where the Request for Offer allows time for the supplier to respond it also allows the Uglii Hub System to check its database for suppliers of the requested commodity to alert them to the opportunity to Make an Offer to a buyer in their area.
This process is the Uglii Marketplace way of ensuring an adequate number of offers are made to satisfy the Request for Offers.
A business Making Offers can assemble as many offers as it needs, without incurring cost. A commodity may relate to a range of Requests for Offers.
Fees are set by the National Hub Manager in each country. This arrangement is to ensure that prices are struck at affordable rates in all economies according to the nation's ability to pay. Businesses that Makes Offers need to buy a Packet of Offers so that the account is in credit.
Any business or government organisation of any type can Make Offers after they have specified the catchment(s) into which their offers are to be made. Catchments can be as extensive (whole of nation) or as local as is required. Any business can also Make Offers internationally with the same ability to specify the catchments into which those offers can be made. This is a separate service.
The service is on a fee per offer and any business can log into their Uglii Control Panel, go to Uglii B2B Marketplace, select Make Offer and start. No special skills are required. Offers must be purchased in packs which are depleted as each offer is made. Offers can also be paid by using Uglii Loyalty Points where available.
Yes. The processes in relation to use of brands in Uglii Brands and in Uglii Find can be used very restrictively by owners of brands. They can however also be applied fairly loosely by businesses that are not so protective.
This leaves opportunities for use of brands in the Making of Offers to businesses that have requested offers about a brand of commodity. In other words, a buyer may have requested offers relating to a brand; however the offered responds provides details of an offer relating to another brand to swing the buyer to buying his brand of the same commodity. This type of ambush marketing is not permitted.
The B2B Marketplace System will bring huge efficiencies to the Business to Business supply chain process. What is unusual and powerful about Uglii Marketplace is that it is spatial - the supplying business can define a geographic catchment in which it wishes to do business and the system will only make offers on its behalf within that catchment. Catchments can be multiple and international.
This has obvious benefits to the supplier because he is receiving qualified leads for a small cost. There are also enormous benefits for the buyer by presenting offers for requests within a specified geographical area and the best available price for the products or services requested.
The buyer can be certain that his Requests for an Offer are going to sellers who have already indicated that they are ready, willing and able to supply within the catchment.
The Uglii Marketplace B2B is unique as it offers a customised version for e-commerce that only matches buyers and suppliers that meet the search criteria and want to use a specified form of settlement for instance. Credit card systems and other payment and settlement systems for instance can have a filtered and branded presentation of the system that sits on their website and only matches Requests for Offers from their card holders with offers from their merchants.
The Uglii Marketplace System does not consummate (document and settle) deals or transactions.
Yes, Uglii has developed a system called Uglii B2C (Business to Consumer) Marketplace where persons and households can register, log in and request offers in that system for any product or service they want and receive competitive offers from businesses. Each consumer that registers gets its own Control Panel where it can access all of the Uglii Services as well as services that are offered by Bizmio or National Partners.
The service is free to the consumer. All you need to do is register through an Affiliate of the Uglii Systems, just like you would with Facebook, eBay or Amazon, so that when you make a request for a particular product, service or commodity, the system can email you the results or SMS them to you.
From the business’ point of view of the B2C Marketplace provides a ready source of qualified leads to market to. Whether it is for households interested in home delivery pizza specials or a new family sedan, businesses can target their marketing directly to these people and greatly reduce their marketing and advertising budgets.
From the consumers point of view they are able to access the most competitive prices for the goods and services they want to buy. The dynamic system allows them to login and go to their personalised Control Panel to change selection criteria, make Request for Offers (RFO's) anonomously and much more at any time.
The Uglii Marketplace process of responding to Requests for Offers can be automated (ideal for mass or repetitive offers) or manually managed (ideal for offers that need to be customised or that require personal contact, such as a request for a quotation on a house alteration).
Yes.
SISS believes that the lowest risk business model with the best prospects of achieving rapid market dominance and successfully marketing a range of business services globally, is through a centralised technology and database with a revenue sharing coalition approach to marketing. That is the prime reason for adopting the Three Tier Marketing Strategy.
The Uglii Systems are ideally suited to a range of organisations that have a relationship with many businesses or generate high business or consumer traffic through their websites. These organisations include credit card companies, banks, postal services, industry organisations, broadcast media, web builders etc.
SISS has designed a global Three Level Marketing Structure based on 10 Global Partners of the Uglii Coalition that can each recommend several National Partners in an economy; who in turn can each recommend Affiliates within that economy which can be appointed by SISS.
For example a credit card system (Global Partner) may appoint a bank within an economy (National Partner) that in turn can appoint each of its branches as Affiliates.
About half of all Uglii Systems revenues will be paid as commissions to the Marketing String of Global Partners, National Partners and Affiliates.
The SISS Three Tier Marketing Model is based on:
Uglii is developing a Media and Marketing Centre in Sydney that will promote the Uglii Systems. It will operate 24/7 and will initially focus on engaging National Partners and Affiliates via websites that direct businesses to Affiliates to register into the Uglii Systems. The reason is that a business cannot register through Uglii, a National Partner or a Global Partner like Bizmio directly, they need to find an Affiliate.
The global Marketing and Media Centre will focus on communication with online media and online blogs to explain the power of the Uglii Systems. The marketing efforts will concentrate on general awareness of Uglii and the first two powerful systems Uglii Find and Uglii Brands. The Media and Marketing Centre will further pitch to potential National Partners as to why they should become National Partners. These pitches will focus on the existing online industry, broadcast media, web builders, advertising agencies, media buyers and telecommunication companies. They will also target potential Affiliates as to why they should join a National Partner in their country and will be pitching to businesses and consumers why they should register. The campaign will be in 10 languages to ensure a global reach.
No, because the Uglii Systems are funded by businesses buying services only. However, National and Global Partner logos can appear on the system. As the systems are presented on an Affiliate's website as an iFrame, the Affiliate has control of that webpage and what is advertised on it.
Via their Control Panel an Affiliate or National Partner can see all the activity of the businesses that they have registered. The Uglii Billing System tracks and reports this in real time in an online process.
The Revenue Calculator analyses your business environment and calculates your estimated revenue from the activity of businesses on the Uglii Systems that have registered through your website over a specified time. Please follow the link to find a choise of 4 Revenue Calculators and choose the one that best describes your business www.bizmio.com/login/potential-partner-information.html
The Uglii Systems don't do transactions or document them; they are about discovering and facilitating business activity. Uglii brings buyers and sellers together but don't consummate transactions in any way.
About 50% of every Dollar that Uglii is paid for services by a business is distributed as commissions to the Global Partner, their National Partners and Affiliates that brought that business into the Uglii Systems. The split between this Marketing String is negotiated and locked into the Uglii Billing System for commissions on every transaction. Commissions will be paid into a PayPal account.
The SISS Affiliate Management Utility (SAMU) manages the creation of Affiliates under National Partners and National Partners under Global Partners and provides transparent reporting of sales and commissions generated to all parties. SAMU manages every aspect of the relationship between Affiliates and their Partners automatically.
Via their personalised Control Panel, an Affiliate or National Partner can view what income has been generated in real time.
Commissions are paid fortnightly directly into a PayPal account.
An Affiliates information is only accessible by the Affiliate, their National Partner, their Global Partner and SISS. Other Affiliates cannot access your information.
A National Partners information is only accessible by the National Partner, their Global Partner and SISS. Other National Partners or Affiliates cannot access your information.
All transactions in the Uglii Marketplace are conducted via PayPal. That means that commissions for Affiliates and National Partners will be paid into a PayPal account.
Uglii respects your financial privacy and doesn't want access directly to your banking accounts or credit card details. A PayPal account provides you with security and privacy.
You can set up a PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com
All Revenue Streams can be sold and transferred between Global Partners, National Partners, Affiliates and registered entities in a semi online process.
Uglii estimates between 70 thousand and 150 thousand independent Affiliates will join up to register businesses.
Affiliates and National Partners will be able to auction their Revenue Streams in whole or in part through a facility that will be located in Sydney.
This is designed to be a transparent and simple process that enables a buyer to undertake their due diligence on an Affiliate's business.
Buyers, as well as sellers will easily see how revenues will climb over the years, so it's a fairly easy process to calculate a valuation to agree upon.
No. As an Affiliate or National Partner you decide when you work and how much you want to work. You can do as little or as much as you want.
But of course the more you put in, the more you are likely to get out.
